This is a PRIVATE RENTAL open to teams of all sizes who wish to book the exclusive event. The rental includes a guided tour of all accessible buildings. Access to the buildings is available from 6:30 PM until 3:00 AM. For those staying on the property, building access extends until 5:30 AM.

This unique opportunity is priced consistently for all private events, regardless of group type—we don’t increase rates for film crews, even with larger budgets. When you reserve this event, you gain full access to the buildings and the entire property, including the forest at the rear, renowned for one of the most well-documented Dogman cases and frequent Bigfoot sightings. Whether your interest lies in ghostly encounters, cryptid mysteries, or other paranormal phenomena, Emmaus warmly welcomes private teams to explore and investigate this extraordinary location.
