Our events consist of 2 sections. The first part comprises rotations where you will familiarize yourself with the property and have access to specific paranormal investigation equipment. The second part is free-roam, allowing you to explore the property independently using the equipment you learned about earlier. Equipment rental is included in your ticket, but you also have the option to purchase equipment at our merchandise table.

All guests are advised not to consume any food or beverages other than water inside the buildings. Designated areas will be provided for snacking and drinking, with unlimited access included in the ticket price. Smoking, vaping, drug use, or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another event. Please review the waiver carefully before participating.
